Most people I'm am sending a photo to so I send a sase that size (6x9 for small photo). If I'm not sending a photo and hope they respond, I usually send a 9x12 envelope so any photo will fit. UK stars usually have small photos so a 6x9 will work for them but USA stars I send a 9x12 Hope this helped...
