So you put the small envelope inside the envelope that you are sending to the celebrity? I personally don't think you need the small envelope to store the photos though as it might confuse people. If you are using the small envelope to protect the photos, I suggest then to put "Do Not Bend"...

Unfortunately you cannot and so, you would have to rely on someone from UK/US to buy stamps for you. For me personally, I have a contact in USA who buy US stamps for me. I believe some users here do sell UK/US stamps so you might want to contact them.

Do you mean using the stamps/IRCs for the return envelope to your address or the envelope sent to the celebrity? If it's the latter, then you just use Australian stamps but if it's the former, then if you don't use USA/UK/insert country name stamps or IRCs, the celebrity would have to pay his/her ow...

IRCs work for pretty much any country so no, you can use IRCs instead of USA/UK stamps.
