Found this thread and Chipper Jones was a bad example. He sends out pre signed (authentic) photos TTM. Some times the turn around is over a year, but he is good to fans.

You should rub the cards down before you send them to prevent the ink from bubbling.

The man is amazing. He reads all his mail himself at both the office and his home address (which is listed in the phonebook). He runs the largest city in the world and still cares about the people.

Hes great to fans. There really was no need to move this to the Via Venue forum since its a permanent address. Kevin Spacey is the Artistic Director at the Old Vic theatre in London. He runs the place.

Liberty- Resend the cards. Phil has a really weird system of signing TTM. It depends on how many things he currently has to sign. If he has a lot of things to sign he refuses his mail for a few weeks until he completes those, then he starts accepting mail again. As you can see he replies personally ...

Justice Breyer will sign occasionally if you write an outstanding note and demonstrate some interest or knowledge of the judicial system. If you just send him a letter asking for a photo its probably not going to happen.

Remember that there is only a very small chance that she ever actually saw your letter. Justices have staffs of up to 50 people in their chambers and Im quite sure that one of them screens her mail.

Its not an Autopen. In one signature the C crosses the lower part of the J and in the other it does not. Also the "r" is different in both of them.

Any other opinions? CDolan?
