| About one and a half month ago, I sent an e-mail to Liverpool FC requesting an autograph of the team for my Dad. Two weeks later, I received the brochure but the paper wasn't included. So I contacted them again right away telling them that I didn't receive the autographs and they sent me another one... |

| About three weeks ago, I sent the Panabaker sisters a letter requesting an autograph with NO SASE and about two weeks ago received a letter, and autographs from both of them [personalized]!
