Hi All, That is a terrific success! Ms. Learned was excellent as Olivia Walton and I have always been a big fan of Tom Bosley, particularly from his many years as Howard Cunningham in 'Happy Days' and the respective spin-offs which came from that. I can also remember him in 'Murder, She Wrote', anot...

Hi, That's a terrific success! Congratulations! {thumb2} I have always been a big fan of Suzi's music and I loved her role as 'Leather Tuscadero' in 'Happy Days'. Was great to catch her in an episode of 'Midsomer Murders' a few years ago too! A very versatile and talented lady. Cheers, Irish Eyes

Agreed. If the address is set up specifically for emailing a star with an autograph request then it is fine, because that's what it is for, the trouble is, people email agents etc., who deal with a truckload of other emails anyway, and they are very unlikely to respond to autograph requests, especia...

Good grief! If a person is a true fan of a celebrity, and they can afford to got to the movies, buy posters and soundtracks and DVDs etc., then SURELY they can obviously afford a stamp and envelope and should do the celebrity the courtesy of a personally written letter if they expect a personal repl...

Hi There,

Terrific success! :D

I have always been a fan of Ms. Ladd from her days in 'Charlie's Angels' and in several other things, such as the mini series in which she played Grace Kelly, where her performance was excellent!

Well done.

Hi There,

Excellent success!

It's good to see that the Australian actors are keeping up with their fan mail! (Alan was very big here in a daytime soap called 'Neighbours', but his character, Jim Robinson, died in the series after several years.)

Well done! {up}

Hi There, Tippi Hedren has always been a HUGE supporter of animals ever since I can remember and the ROAR foundation is very close to her heart and really is a good cause so I think it's a good way to aise money for something so worthy. Tom Felton (Harry Potter films) also requests money if you want...

Hi There, That's a shame that you only got that reply from Dame Helen's Mirren's assistant. Alan Rickman does a similar thing with most requests - simply gets his assistant to respond and say he is too busy to reply, which is probably true but very disappointing for collectors, but very occasionally...

Hi There,

That's a really great success! I have always enjoyed Henry's work, both as an actor and a director. As 'The Fonz' he had no equal!

Well done! {up}

Hi, Congratulations on this terrific success! {up} Ms. Lansbury is an excellent actress and quite a talented singer too! I love watching re-runs of her old show 'Murder, She Wrote', her character, Jessica, was very amusing but always managed to find the culprit in the end! Well done! Cheers, Irish E...

Hi There, Congratulations on your Maggie Smith success, well done! Maggie's responses are mainly connected with what you write in your letter and what you send her to be signed. She won't sign poor quality photos or ones of herself that she doesn't like very much, so you've done well. Her agency ITG...

Hi There, Sorry to hear about your failure from former President Jimmy Carter. I have found that with most politicians, past and present, the best you can do is write them a nice letter and request a photo. Usually, you will get a pre-print but I guess it's better than nothing. Not too many of them ...

Hi, Congratulations on such a great success! I have always been a big fan of the music of David Essex, in particular 'Winter's Tale' and 'Gonna Make You A Star'. He was always very popular here in Australia and his songs always did well on our charts. Congrats again, I'm really pleased for you! Well...

Hi, That's a shame about your RTS but GNR have always been a VERY difficult bunch to get replies from, even in the days during the 80s when they were at the top of their game. Most people who wrote even then through agents and Geffen etc. were sent an RTS. I agree with the person who posted above th...

I have been collecting autographs for a very long time and Heath was always known as a 'good signer', most particularly in person when he was at home in Australia and he had no problem with fans approaching him for his siganature as long as they were polite and the situation was appropriate. I have ...
