On 12th January 2016 I sent actress laura norton a letter of request for an autograph along with a stamped address envelope and today got a signed cast card from laura, with a letter saying she was getting help with her fanmail as there was a backlog, the return envelope was paid for by itv.
A 2 week wait. I'm absolutely delighted.
