This looks like one of the Autopens he usually sends out, the large dots where the pen has been lifted off the photo are a dead giveaway.

I send e-mail to Bill Gates, I was waiting for 1,5 months and I got 1 photo. I thought it is original but i checked and it's PP. Despite the fact it's PP I am very happy ;)
