Nope. I sent 5x7, they taped the white envelope to the front of 8x10 envelope. Make sure to send it to a legit venue that forwards mail. Had sent to them twice before with no results. Good luck.

Cool success, and neat setlist! I have written to them several times VV with no response. Guess I just need to send an 8x10 envelope.
