Ex MLB Player Mike Felder

Sent Mr. Felder 3 cards, LOR, and SASE on February 22, 2013. On June 20, 2013, I received my cards back unsigned along with a letter from JD Legends Promotions explaining that the fee for Mike Felder is $10 per item.
Happy to have my cards back so I can send them back out along with $30.

The letter says to send your items and money to:
