Recd three signed pictures today from Archbishop Tutu. Sent email to his office http://www.tutu.org/contact.php with LOR. Recd authorization to send pictures and was given the mailing address. Sent pixs and received e-mail confirmation and the amount needed for return postage (Irish post office does not sell IRC's). Total time about 3 weeks. See image of one pix here:
