Go to the country's post office website that the SASE will be sent from and buy the appropriate number of stamps.
e.g. if you mail photos to Sean Bean in U.K. then you have to put Royal Mail stamps on the SASE to get it back to the USA. Or vice-versa if the celeb is in the USA and you need it to come back to (e.g.) the U.K.
I know it takes 2 "large" 1st class RM stamps to get a large envelope back to the USA with less that 300g

Or many sellers on EBay offer stamps at various prices but I like to buy from the actual PO
