Sometimes celebs respond and sometimes they don't. More often not. Try to remember that celebs don't "owe" you anything. There is no rhyme or reason. Just because a few people got success doesn't mean you will. I have sent out 1000+ requests over the years and have received about 150 successes. That's about 10-20% success rate. Just keep trying and hoping.

on 9/29/18 and received it back on 11/5/18.

He personalized it, just like I asked. :-)

He did cross out his name on the return envelope, but I took a picture of it anyway.
