So I read the suggested posts (thank you) and it sounds like

Fan Letter/cardboard/SASE go inside the bigger envelope (addressed to celeb's address/agent)
My question is, since lots of these fan letters get forwarded to the celeb....

Do I need to put the Fan letter/Cardboard/SASE inside an envelope (with Celeb's name, but no address so it can be forwrded by agent) and then put all that inside another envelope sent to Celeb's Agent?

So it would be like:
Fan letter/Cardboard/SASE
inside of
Envelope to forward to Celeb (with name but no address)
inside of
Envelope Addressed to Talent Agent/PR/Fan Mail Site

Or can I just skip the "middle" envelope and trust the entire outside envelope will get forwarded?

Thank you for advice from those more experienced than I?

when I put seal the country's destiny, I do not need to put a stamp on top of it?. :? :?
or, when her open my SASE, he go to stamp on the seal? :neutral:

I keep track of the addresses I use on every request. That when when I do get a reply, I know what address I used. And generally, most celebs don't write the return address on the envelopes, even if you leave that spot open.

According to state laws no USPS employee is supposed to steal mail, but sadly it still happens. And they don't have cameras in the mail trucks. Most of the times it's the lower class mailmen. They figure the company doesn't pay them enough, so they steal mail and sell what they can on Ebay or pawn shop. {down}

But then, what if you wanted to figure out the celebrities return address, and see whether there's a new address or not?
and also about the post office, what could they do? Would they steal the letter? Won't they get fired?

I always put the stamps on the envelope so they don't have to. I've had cases where I'll send the celeb some 4x6 photos and a #10 envelope they end up sending me some 8x10's, so what they did was tape my small SASE to a bigger envelope and sent it that way. {up}

But if you'd like you can just place the stamps in the envelope too, maybe attach them with a paperclip to your letter so they don't get lost. I did this for Producer Jerry Bruckheimer and he put them on his own envelope and sent me a photo. {up}

But, still have a question.
Would it be better to put stamps inside of the envelope (with my name on the lower right corner), or put them actually on the envelope? The reason why I am asking is because they might have some other envelope to send(bigger/ smaller picture), and if stamps are already on the envelope, they can't get them out from envelope..

Greetings,
So, let me understand this.
Sending mail from USA to USA.
1.I have 9x 11 envelope, and I should put celebrity name, address on the Right lower corner, then my address on the Left Upper corner, put stamps on the envelope.
2. enclose my smaller envelope(SASE), 8x10, put my name on the lower right corner.(Now, do I put mail stamps on the envelope or just put them inside of that envelope)?

I'll try to help you though. A SASE is an envelope in which you address to yourself,stamp, and enclose in the fan mail you are sending. This allows your celebrity to be able to reply to you.

You should have:
1 envelope addressed to your celebrity,stamped
1 SASE (put this inside the other envelope)
1 fan letter
optional: something for them to sign if needed
