The address that I listed is 100% accurate. I don't use addresses off of this database.

Do you happen to know if it was for sure Address: 4474 N. Ocean Blvd.? because in the Data Base it says 4475 any help would be appreciated thanks!

I use 6x9 bubble envelopes for both sending to them and the SASE.
