To answer your question:
I don't know if there's a stage door, but you can contact the arena, and ask. They might say no, and that's most likely going to be a lie. I've seen on another forum people go there and go to the stage door. When you get there, search around, and if you see anything likely to be a stage door, e.g. a car park with security people around it, bars up in a car park, or a door, with security people there, just ask them, and they'd say yes or no. I think it most likely does. (The security people are "tough" but when I saw something at Wembley they were "protecting" people twice the size of them
