ISC NEW YORK - What's going on ?

Hello !

Recently, I sent a fanmail from France. On the tracking, my item is stucked to ISC NEW YORK since few days, with the mention : "Processing through facility"...

For some, their mail has been blocked for months !! I hope it will not be the case with my letter.... It's not the first time I sent a letter with USPS and I have always a problem...

USPS can do something if my letter stay stucked to ISC ?
