In person from '81 {up}

I first started collecting in middle school it was part of an 8th grade english assignment. I received this picture of Robin Williams back in 1999. Now i'm very curious to find out if it is authentic or not. I thought i'd ask you guys first before sending it to a place that authenticates autographs.
