I just bought IRC from france since my country doesnt allow us to send money inside letters. You can buy them on the laposte.fr website

Obtain stamps from the return country.

This can be achieved through eBay, Amazon or in some cases direct from the Postal Office website concerned.

It is illegal in my country to send money through the mail, and I'm having difficulty finding a IRC. I was wondering how I'll be able to pay for return postage???
