It's usually more famous actors (Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson ect) who don't reply to fanmail but many of the Harry Potter cast do sign autographs. If you search around on the forum you will find the people who reply to fanmail

Oui j'ai vu ça, après c'est peut être aussi qu'elle est devenue connue du jour au lendemain, elle s'est retrouvée affichée avec des photos privées, et même harcelée avec certains fans, donc après ça ne m'étonne pas^^ Je pense pas qu'elle ai pris le melon, par exemple là elle organise un évent contre la corruption avec ceux qui la suivent, mais je me vois mal aller aux US juste pour une signature, peut être à une avant première, et encore je ne sais pas comment ça se passe

ps : t'aurais pu me dire que tu étais français ça m'aurait évité de traduire à chaque fois ahaha

well you can make a research on the forum and see that old fanmail success ( 6 years ago) very real then she started using secretaries when she became famous.
you can see the evolution of her signature.
I got her in person in paris and the sigs are really different that via fanmail.

you have to make your own researches to make your own opinion.
