Can anyone confirm if this address is still OK for Ben Feldman?

The main reason I ask is that the company has no web presence at that address but the name brings up a slew of articles including one by the LA Times about the head of this agency basically being a scam and having several different agencies going out of business over the years. Would rather save the postage if the mail won't get passed along.
