I gotta agree, a true fan of a celebrity will wait patiently for the celebrity to honor their request, no matter how long it takes for the celebrity to answer.

Sending to celebrities who have quick response time is ok if you're a fan of the celebrity but I won't write to a celebrity who has quick responses unless I'm a fan of theirs.

My autograph collection is my favorite thing because all of the people in my collection, I'm fans of their work.

What jennyblue posted is totally correct. If a celebrity is busy, it will take longer to get your autograph request.

Kay and Danielle Panabaker are very quick.

well it is hard to say which celebrity responds faster to their fanmail. It will vary by celebrities and how busy they are.
