You mail them the photo and your credit card info - they charge you the fee + shipping

There are two different companies that people really trust.

I really hope so but sometimes the $20 to be sure is well worth it especially if you are like me and it really starts to gnaw at your brain.

I once had an epic fail after I thought it was a success when I wrote Andy Whitfield aka Spartacus and recieved a signed photo back with 3 months. Andy then passed away from cancer that year and I thought "I'd better make sure", sent the photo to PSA, and recieved the following letter........
