Its not a valid address any longer. At least in my experience. I wrote to him this year at that address. Got the mail returned to sender. I posted that fail on the feedback forum not too long back. At least as far as I know he is reachable at his UK address, yet to try it myself, I have't got much experience sending international.

Congrats! His most of my favorites actors, and Clockwork Orange is a legendary book and film. I sent to mr.McDowell in 2013 year and nothing come back. I hope he still sign and send to me photos.
