Hmmm. Now I'm debating sending it here, or waiting for a via venue address... David Tennant is the only celebrity I've gotten an autograph from when I sent to an agency/publicist vs a venue address. Seems like a lot (all?) of the mail sent to agencies just gets tossed...
I think it depends on who you are sending to. I was able to get a success from Ian Mckellen via his talent agency. Some agents might keep fan-mail some may not. The problem is you will probably never know.
