The autographs you received through the mail from Elle are more likely to be authentic. That is her autograph for sure. That is how she signs. To me, the autograph you obtained 'in-person' looks identical to the one ttm.
The Fanning girls have very distinct signatures. Here is a video of the two signing their names. The signing starts at 2:53.

I'd say they are authentic. Her initials match... Some celebrities tend to do that. Like they'll only sign with their initials IP.

They are authentic. She has just got very sloppy with her ip sig in the last couple years. Here are some more ip examples

Her signature looks just like the ones others have posted on here. But I had got her in person a few weeks ago and its different.. Usually in person autographs are usually rushed because of crowds so I would understand theyd be different for that reason but when I got her it was just me and 1 other person so it wasnt really rushed.. I posted my in person one at the very bottom
