I've been using U.S dollars for a while and now I'm going to start trading to get U.S stamps, its definately a lot less hassle for the celeb, especially since most of the ones I send to don't get lots of fan mail so don't have stamps handy and have to go to the post office.

Yes you certainly can.

We in the UK cannot buy them.
But they are still accepted for exchange when sending from outside UK

Hi
Today i had my first USA success
i sent only $1 (i was running out) and explained why and today i got the letter back with 3 stamps on (which i doubt $1 would cover) so some celebs are nice and pay postage

the celeb i got back was Brandi and Jarrod from storage wars

The last reply i got from USA cost $1.05 but i guess thats just a Basic airmail cost

im almost out of Dollars so ill stick to $2 until i get some more

I would send $3 in USD to be sure because two is not enough. It costs a lot to send to the uk.

You do know that some stars send out PP via Studio Fan mail or there agency?

Since UK no longer sells IRCs i send about $4. When I've had successes the return stamps usually have about $3-4 dollar on them. My post office exchange for single dollar bills so i just find it easier to do that.
