I do believe that to be real.

When was this signed? Cause Ringo Starr retired from signing autograph back in late 2008. So that autograph would have to be at least 3 years old to be real.

Looking back at the dvd according to Amazon it was released back in 1997. So there is a chance that it was signed by him cause it is old enough.
