I really don't understand what is going on...

First mail I sent to Fruit Tree Enterprises Inc. address in August, my tracking said "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location"
and USPS never redelivered my mail...

And now, for this new mail to Lede Company address, my tracking says "In transit" since September 15th... Seriously ?
Can someone explain me why it take so long ? Should I send a new mail (the third) ??

Hi again,

Well, I've sent a new letter in early September and since 15/09, the tracking stays on "In Transit"

I don't understand because in Septembre 10th, my letter had already arrived in Los Angeles...
I'm kind of disappointed, I don't know if my courrier was lost or if it's totally normal !
