[b]Plot Outline:[/b] Four girls vie to become world-class surfers. All from different locations, & families. Dawn Preston (Suzie Pollard) is from Florida and her family is very wealthy. She however, wants to be known as the best surfer in the house; NOT the richest surfer in the house. Birdie Scott (Tiffany Hines) is from Chicago, Illinois and didn't have the whole surfing environment growing up. She moved to Hawaii to pursue her dream but unfortunatly not as experienced and talented as the rest of the house. Lacey Farmer (Natalie Ramsey) is from Venice, California and has a rough past with her mom and her boyfriends. She flew away to Hawaii to escape her problems and ran into Justin Healy. Her mom's ex-boyfriend. However, Lacey always liked Justin as a father figure and eventually asks for a place to stay and she joins wavesync. Kai (Sonya Balmores) is the only native surfer to Hawaii in wavesync. She was practially born in the water. She likes Vin but does he truely love her? Vin (Michael Copon) grew up with Kai, and they've always been best friends. Recently he developed a crush on Lacey but when Kai makes her turn him down does she really still have true feelings? When Vin gets dumped he runs to Kai for his feelings. Is he really feeling her the way he's claiming to? Justin Healy (David Chokahi) is the father figure in the house and lives with the girls to keep an eye on them. He's pretty much their father figure. However, Justin is going through tough times; divorce. Will this break him down? Bailey Reese (Ross Thomas) is the only male surfer sponsered by wavesync. He's pretty much living every mans dream. Will his dream come crashing down? Shoe is the board waxer to the girls and Bailey. He has a huge crush on Dawn. Dawn says shes never going to be interested. Will he realise it wasn't meant to be or will Dawn realise she IS interested?
