Just saw on the Opus 3 Artists website that they do not forward on any mail to John Lithgow (https://www.opus3artists.com/artists/john-lithgow/) - that's probably why you received a RTS. There are some more contacts on his website, as well (http://johnlithgow.com/contact/ ). I have just emailed the PR agency that represents him to see if they forward on fan mail, and will tell you when I get a response.

I don't know how much this helps right now, durring the pandemic, but he signed a book for me when he was on broadway a few years ago. He is good about signing via venue, whenever things are back to normal.
