Samuel Lombardo is a 100-year-old Army World War II veteran.
Lombardo — who also served in Korea and Vietnam, according to reports — was awarded a Silver Star and Bronze Star with valor for his World War II service

Sent him 2 photos on 13 Mar and got them back signed on 8 Apr.. He also included a business size card that has his name and address on it plus it has a photo of the first American flag to cross the Rhine with the 99th Inf Div in May 1945.. The unit made the flag themselves..
