As I've seen several others do, I wrote to the studios of Downton Abbey on January 4th, 2013, as I knew they kept a variety of signed photos of various cast members to send out to fans. I asked for a few specific ones, but I knew I'd be happy with whomever they sent me. On June 14, 2013, I received three back: Phyllis Logan, Matt Milne, and Lily James, and a very nice letter explaining that they aren't always able to provide the requested photos. Cool success, I may try again sometime!
