Seriously folks...
When you send a letter to a celebrity you are wanting THEM to see the letter, want THEM to see how much you admire them, want THEM to respond.
When a SEC reads your letter, a SEC responds, a SEC signs your photos none of the aims have been achieved.
As such, it's not a success, it's barely even a response. Are you seriously telling me you would tuck a photo signed by someone pretending to me someone famous into your folder and treat it like a real signature?
