I'm actually calm. I actually think this whole discussion is a joke. You should really think about yourself, go to a therapist maybe because you're the only one taking this seriously.

According to your post above you aren't.
My blood pressure is at a resting rate, as it was when I typed that post.....

You need to go back to English class, because for me to not be calm "according to the post I made", the post I made has to actually say (not allude to the fact) that I'm not calm.

You also need to go back to medical school, as nothing in that post even implies my blood pressure rose.
