Received: picture signed in my SASE on October 26, 2015 (postmarked Oct. 22, 4 day transit - not bad!)

She added a thicker plastic sleeve to protect it, which added more weight and bumped it into the next weight level. She paid the extra postage to cover that, which was very nice of her!
