I'm a huge fan of the 'Classic' Doctor Who. The Robots Of Death is my absolute favourite Doctor Who serial of all time. This was Leela's first adventure as the Doctor's companion back in 1977.
She was the first companion that had a more 3 dimensional aspect to her character than previous companions, which made a welcome change. In The Robots Of Death she is physically aggressive, she screams and questions the Doctors actions. Louise Jameson really made the part her own even though she was in the series for only a short period of time.

I sent a 3 A5 page LOR, 4 A4 photos and a SASE.

I'm very pleased. Louise has said in many an interview that she's extremely proud to have been a part of Doctor Who and strongly believes in acknowledging the fans of Leela. She regularly attends Doctor Who conventions in the States.
