I've tried again to the address they had put on the label. I'll keep you posted if it comes back.

Perhaps when her agent tried to forward it That's where it got goofed up.

I'll stop by the post office and see what the deal is.

I've had those yellow stickers before on post sent within the UK, where the sender has not included enough postage, so this is definitely what is being indicated by Royal Mail.

I used a first class global stamp which should have been enough postage for a 1 oz letter.

You didn't put enough postage on - it says clearly on the yellow sticker under the Royal Mail red sticker. If not enough postage was added the person it is sent for has to go and collect it and pay extra. She didn't call for it so it was RTS. Looks like her agent forwarded to her home address, hence the change of address on the front. Hope this helps?

I sent Alice Krige (Borg Queen from Star Trek First Contact) a LOR using a USPS global first class stamp however my letter was sent back to me returned. The return reason from Royal Mail states "not called for". The weird thing is someone placed a new address over the one originally written on the envelope.

I used the address listed here:

DIAMOND MANAGEMENT
31 PERCY ST
LONDON W1T 2DD
UK

The one they put on the label is:

25 PERRINS WALK
LONDON
NW3 6TH

It came back as RTS, not sure why they over wrote my address only to have it returned anyway. Any ideas? The postage should have covered this so I don't think that's the problem.
