Sent on 15th November 2014; Received back the same photo (signed and personalised) sometime around 3rd December 2014 (been away at Uni so I can't give the exact date).

Included in the package was a letter of request, an A4 matte photograph that I printed (on reflection I probably should have sent a brighter one) and a pre-stamped addressed B4 envelope for the signed photo to be returned.
