It looks to be pre-signed. In the light, the marker looks like it's separate from the photo, rather than a part of it like a PP would be. But if anyone has written to her before and knows for a fact one way or the other, feel free to comment!!

Is it pre-signed or pre-printed? Just curious as I can't tell.

Sent: Two 4x6's, LOR, SASE to the GoT address AND to her agency on 7/25. I assume this is a response to what I sent to her agency, but it could be either one.
Received: A pre-signed 5x7 and a letter from the agency on 11/1
A bit disappointed only because I had requested two autographs - one for myself, one for my sister - but at least I know if I send to the agency again, I can probably get another.
