I had a failure with this address a couple of months ago,but I sent them an email explaining that they sent me two unsigned cards,whilest it stated in the letter that they are sending a Vettel signed card.They were kind enough that after two months of having sent the second email,they sent me a signed Sebastian Vettel card.

Sent:email to feedback at redbullf1.com on the 5th of September
Recieved:signed Vettel card this week
