Congratulations! Yes, he does not signs through that address. He sends his own pre-signed pictures! I think it's great that a celebrity like him still signs photos for his fans, even if they are not personalized or so. {up}

This has ALWAYS been the case with Phil, one photo per person, from the presigned stock. Flip your photo over, your post code will be written on the back.

Letter said as Phil is busy with work and has so many requests he will only be sending 1 signed photo per person / household. The letter also said he won't be dedicating any photos and WILL NOT sign anything sent to him.
