Yeah, I wouldn't bother sending to the Arrow set. The cast is terrible when it comes to fanmail. Stephen Amell was the only one who signed during season 1 and even he has stopped responding ever since.

I got the same pre-signed photo. Let me know if you have any success from the Arrow set. If I recall correctly, any fan mail that was sent to him via Arrow receives the same pre-signed picture as well, but never hurts to try!

Returns are pretty hard to come by via the Arrow set. I sent to Amell, Manu Bennett, Caity Lotz, Emily Bett Rickards, and David Ramsey, and the only one I ever received back was Caity Lotz.

Received: signed 8x10 in a folder inside the envelope, and my unsigned 4x6 on 8/15
Might try the Arrow address and see if I can get a personalized one from there..
