I don't think it's to save money, it's most likely because maybe the forward to their office when they are able to do so. Still, I wanted the Vatican stamped stamp (as I saw in another thread)! :D

Received Letter from his PA, and 2 Pre-prints today. Didn't get my photos back.
It came through the Apostolic Nunciature of the Holy See to Paraguay.
