You don't compare 2 different PPs to each other (that only works for APs), you compare them to other identical signed photos.
Only the photos that are identical without the signature will have the same signature when you're dealing with PPs because they're photo copies of the originals. He signed one of each by hand and then they were copied and you received the copies. So the two different pictures will have signatures that have the same variations as two hand signed pictures.
You can see they're PPs because that variation doesn't exist between your Indy photo and the others being sent out.
APs on the other hand make the same signatures on different photos.
