Mr Nighy seems sometimes to sign items sent in, and other times send out pre-signed. Maybe it has to do with his schedule?
This pattern has been going on for a while now. He always used to sign things sent in.

Received 1 pre-signed photo with letter(on my empty paper) from secretary in my SAE.
