Looks pretty genuine I can see the silver ink, and imperfections, on the photo so am going on the basis that it is genuine! It looks different to other signatures I've seen but then again my signature looks pretty unrecognisable after about 10 repeated attempts!!

No need to overthink it, Brian ALWAYS signs for fans. Strange it took so long though, I presume this was mislaid somewhere in his office.
