Yep, definitely pre-signed. When something is "Pre-signed" it means that it's an authentic signature, but it was signed (most likely in a large stack) before you sent your request. I have one myself and it's still very cool! 8)

I believe this sign is authentic, because it differs from the other posted here, also differs from those, reported as PP.
However, I'd be happy to any comments, incl. photos of the same sign if someone thinks it is PP.
The marker is very well seen over the surface of the picture (photocard). I believe it can't be PP.
