Collecting has really changed since I started. Back in my day all I had to go by was other people's successes with addresses. I don't think I found (or even thought to) find an address on my own until mid 2000s.

Now it seems collectors are forgetting what fun it is to help and share and care about other people's collections. Some keep addresses to themselves and refuse to help find as if they are the celebrities best friend and they are protecting them from the evils of collectors in general. It's sad.

The photo is an 8x10 and he even sent a protective cover with the letter!

You don't have to be mean i was just asking politely. People like you are the reason people including me don't use this forum as much anymore.

Hi MunsterManiac :)

Thank you for your feedback {up}

What is the email address you used please?

Would you have a scan of the envelope you received?
If so, you are in the run for the $10 gift certificate.

On November 17th I sent an email to Michael Bollner, who played Augustus Gloop in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. He responded to my email the next day saying that he would send the letter. Unfortunately it was delayed, and he explained that he had been very busy so that delayed it. The photo is an 8x10 and he even sent a protective cover with the letter!
