I sent mine out 8-20 and received it 9-24.

Without a donation, he will sign 2 and return the rest. And you are right, he won't add the HOF '05 without a donation. I've read where $5 will get it done though.
If you send a donation, he tends to respond within 2-3 weeks. Without the donation, and it is usually a wait of 2-3 months.

He won't add HOF inscription w/ out donation...and he will only sign 1.

Sent 4 cards and LOR in SASE on 7/18/13 and on 9/24/13 I received 2 out the 4 cards back signed in blue sharpie.
