You should definitely send to her. She might surprise you and return it fast like she did me :)

@johnnylightninglives I tried the link and it was working fine for me??? Anyway I've reposted the original link again, and posted 2 others just in case. I hope you get to see it because I did get her autograph.

@Spartacus Most people on here (who are more experienced than us) advise NOT to send sharpies through the mail, for the reasons that 1) they most likely have a number of pens 2) it adds extra unnecessary cost to postage and 3) you're unlikely to get the pen back, which could add extra cost.

The reason I didn't send a pen is because, based on previous feedback she takes between 3 months and 3 years to return items and they usually come back from her agents address. I never expected to get a reply back after 1 month and I figured that if it was signed at her agents they would have another choice of pen colour. Either way I wasn't complaining, I'm very happy and grateful for the success.

Northy, if you thought she might use a gold or silver pen, then why in the world didn't you send her one? You can't just expect a celebrity to have every particular pen or marker necessary to sign every different type of random photo that a fan might send them.

I sent a LOR, a SAE, an 8x10 photo and $5 CAD to Jennifer Morrison at the Once upon a time address in Canada on 15/08/2013 and I received my picture back signed on 16/09/2013:

EDIT: I've posted multiple links, as one person reported that the first link didn't work

It's a little bit hard to see, as she wrote in black pen on a dark background. I thought she might have used gold or silver pen, but nonetheless I'm very happy with it. She's one of my favourite actresses because of her work on House and OUAT and I never expected a reply so quick, as previous feedback suggested she takes a while to return thngs.
